By donating to R.S. Memorial Cancer Society via bank transfer or direct deposits, you agree to the following:

• All donations are voluntary and intended to fund cancer screening camps, awareness workshops, and patient support.
• Refunds: Donations are non-refundable. Please verify all details and transfer amounts before finalizing your transaction.
• 80G Tax Exemption: To claim tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, you must provide your Permanent Account Number (PAN) details and transaction screenshot within a reasonable timeframe.
• We accept donations exclusively from Indian bank accounts (INR currency transfers) in adherence with Indian regulatory policies.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent contact, donor, or registration details.
